Linda Staines
Background
Linda has been running in Colorado Springs for the past five years after moving from the UK. Prior to moving to Colorado, Linda worked for the London Marathon. She and husband Gary are owners of the Colorado Springs Runners Roost. They have been in sports merchandising for the past seven years. Linda’s athletic abilities have placed her in the Olympic Games, World Cup, European Championships, and World Championships. She is also a current Great Britain Masters Record holder in several events. 
Linda has a true love for chocolate (she is a self proclaimed Chocoholic) and Lattes. When she is in training mode, she chooses the Asics Landreth .

Ken Boggs
Background
Ken has been an athlete and more specifically a runner for the last 26 years. Six of those years have been spent here in Colorado on the Front Range. Employed in running specialty for the last ten years, Ken truly knows the products he sells. Ken’s top pick for shoes is the Asics 2100 Series and the Mizuno Inspire. Ken is also a scholar when it comes to running, choosing his Masters thesis on “The Effects of Running on Self Esteem".

In his running career, Ken has run a total of 13 marathons, one ultra marathon and numerous other racing distances. His typical weekly mileage ranges from 50 to 55 miles. Fueling those miles is Big City Potato Burritos and Jamba Juice.

Qualifying for Boston during the Air Force Marathon – Ken ran 25 seconds shy of a 15 year Personal Record at the age of 42.

Jenna Dorsey-Spitz
Background
Jenna was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado.  She has been a resident of the Springs since 2003.  Jenna loves running and thinks everyone should make it a part of their lives!

When training Jenna prefers the Mizuno Wave Rider and the Brooks Adrenaline 6.

Jeff Turner
Background
Jeff has been a lifetime runner.   He participated in the triathlon for 10 years before returning to running in 2002.  During his triathlon days, Jeff qualified for age group Duathlon World Championships in 2002.  

Since moving to Colorado Springs in May 2006, Jeff has had the opportunity to run Boulder Bolder, 5K on St. Patrick's Day, and the Alex Hoag Run.
